HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Most items are fully stocked and ship same day. 

If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, Please email your request and Order number to [email protected]

In the event of canceled order request, you will receive a refund confirmation email once your order has been canceled.

We take pride in each piece and double check each order before sent. We dont ship with 3rd party so its coming straight from our local Store HAUS OF HOMAGE in Dallas, Tx. Due to recent pandemic were not taking returns. 


CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item 

you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will still have what the item(s) that you want at that time.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our store,
