Where is your company based?

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide.

Can I get sponsored by Guap?

Team Guap would love to hear your request to be sponsored. Feel free to send an email to Ricoblaq_guap@yahoo.com listing your credentials and request, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you save my information for any orders I plan to make in the future?

If you sign up and create a username, we will save most of your provided information, in order to make any future orders easier for you. WE WILL NEVER SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

Can I save any items in my cart and buy them later on?

Yes. You may leave items in your cart and purchase them later on. However, we can not promise that any items selected will still be available, as all merchandise is on a "first come, first serve" basis.

What if I need to return an item?
In the event that the item is not desired for whatever reason, please return “UNUSED” merchandise to the address on your paperwork. Once received, we will credit your account accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How long will it take to ship? Most of our tems are custom made so it will take 5-7 business days. How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
